Groups

Benefits of group therapy are well known. Dedicated support. Learning from others.  Shared experiences. 

DBT Skills: Emotional Regulation: 10 week program

Based on Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, this program is an interactive skills
education group.  Primary focus is on reducing distress and the struggle we
experience, and managing overwhelming emotions in a more effective way. This
group is facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist and support staff

(artists and individuals with lived experience)

Feelings Group for Children (ages 5-8)

This group program aims to support our youth to establish these skills, learning
validation and support. We will play games, do projects and art with hidden

messages encouraging improved communication of feelings and needs, and positive
means of expression. This group is facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist.
